We dug in a little deeper on social reconnaissance for real estate and showed a updated tool called PeopleSmart. We showed how the tool can be used to get email and phone numbers for partial leads and to confirm more information on a contact or lead you have. This can be used to create email coincidences which are proving to be very effective in getting email responses.

Yesware to track email – See when they open the email you sent them. Very effective way to know its a good time to call them, or send them another email to further the engagement. Another similar choice is Boomerang.
