In Case You Missed It: SCR 2017 Forms/Contracts Update
Gearing up for a busy summer? Make sure you are up-to-date with all of the changes to the SCR Standard Form Contracts!
Every year the CCAR hosts a forum to review recent updates to the Standard Forms. This year the forum will be entertaining and educational as two local up-and-coming legal superstars, will provide the update. Brett Branham, owner of Tide Law Firm, and Mike McDonough, associate attorney of Floyd Law Firm, will review changes to the 2017 Standard Form Contracts and address common pitfalls of the contractual process.
The first forum will be held at 12 noon on April 13, 2017, at the CCAR Building. Lunch provided. Please park and enter in back of CCAR for class. Front of building under construction.
The second forum will be held at 10:00 AM on May 15, 2017, at the Conway Library located at 801 N. Main Street in Conway, SC. Each forum will include an educational panel and a class. We hope you will attend!
